Our staff are on hand 24/7, we are not there to watch your every move or to control how you live your life. We need you to work with us to keep you safe and to make sure that you and people visiting are respectful towards each other. Through good relationships, being up front, talking over and negotiating a way through problems, being clear on expectations and ensuring that staff are actively involved with adults & young people particularly in the evenings, we aspire to break down workers / young people ‘divisions’. We want our clients to be fully involved and to continually improve CAS for the people who work with us. Our approach to work is informed by Social Pedagogy.
